15 minute Pizza Dough - Vegan

So guess what, I'm busy, you're busy, everyone is right? Plus if you are like me, you don't always have time to make dough and wait through 2 rise cycles in order to have homemade pizza for dinner.

Mom have to know how to improvise. That is where this amazing 15 minute pizza dough recipe comes in. No need to compromise here, this is delicious, healthy, no yeast, no wait homemade pizza dough!

This pizza dough has only 5 simple ingredients and is made by hand in one bowl!


2 1/4 cups all purpose flour - switch out for spelt or any other flour you like

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup vegan butter room temperature (I use earth balance)


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with silicone baking mat, or for crispier dough prepare your pizza pan, stone, etc.

In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix with silicone spatula or mixing spoon.

Sprinkle flour onto a surface, a rolling pin, and your hands, remove the ball of dough from the mixing bowl and pat down with flour to help form into a solid ball. If you like really thin pizza crust, divide the ball in 2 and bake a second or save for another day. Frozen dough lasts up to 1 month. I haven't done this, we NEVER have left over pizza anything at my house!!

Add flour to the dough it it's too sticky but don't make the dough too dry. Set the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Using the rolling pin coated with flour roll out the dough to 1/4 of an inch thick.

Spread with Pizza Sauce

Top with desired toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes, 15-18 for well done.

Remove from oven, allow time to cool and enjoy!
